I have had the privilege this whole weekend and the beginning of this week to listen to the outspoken Reverend Jeremiah Wright. He has said some real truthful things this weekend, but at the same time he has said some very ignorant things.
I totally agree with his speech about "different not meaning deficient". I get that that. People should not look down on anyone simply because they view religion or any other issues in different ways, they should just simply respect it and just do and believe in what they believe in.
The part about the government creating AIDS is just absurd to me. I believe that the US government is capable of alot of things but I don't believe that they would do that. I also don't believe that the US is responsible for the September 11 attacks. 9/11 has caused more harm than help, and I just don't believe our government would do that.
Wright is not a loyal friend either, or as Obama said "he is like an uncle". An uncle does not continue to run off at the mouth and hurt your chances of becoming the leader of the free world.
I hope the public really does not let the opinions of Wright affect their voting at the polls.
