"Iron Man" Review

Total run time: 126 Minutes
Directed by: Jon Favreau
Starring: Robert Downey, Jr., Terrence Howard, Gwyneth Paltrow

Iron Man was an all around great movie from start to finish, and watching it in the Prive' lounge at Monaco Pictures made it even better.
When walking into the Prive', I felt the whole VIP experience. The soft reclining leather seats, the enormous high definition movie screen, and the crystal clear surround sound made it a movie to remember.

Iron Man is funny, entertaining, and action packed. This movie is about a very wealthy guy, Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr,) who was captured in the middle east and is forced to build a very unique missile for terrorists, that he originally built for the United States government. Instead, Stark used his intelligence to build, what we know as Iron Man. The movie also stars Terrance Howard who plays the role of Jim "Rhodey" Rhodes, Stark's friend, who plays an US Air Force officer. Gwyneth Paltrow also plays a big role as Stark's assistant Pepper Potts.

The movie is a well developed plot-line and a well done action scenes. The writers and directors make it very clear for the audience to follow the creation of Iron Man. You know that Iron Man did not get created from outer space and Starks just did not wake up one day to become Iron Man, it took some trial and error. It also isn't your superhero and villain loves the same girl story. It involves greed and carelessness.

Overall, I would recommend this to anybody over the age of 18. The movie does have a small sexual scene in the beginning and a lot of violence. Iron Man is a movie that the guys would love, but I would definitely not rule the women out.
